Jesse is responsible for leading Clean Shift Energy and overseeing both the commercial and execution teams. Since 2014 Jesse held a similar position in the predecessor organization, NARENCO, developing and financing over 600 MW.  Jesse started his IPP career at Rollcast Energy a subsidiary of Atlantic Power Corporation as the VP of Finance overseeing the financing and operations of 500 MW+ of solid fuel and co-generation utility scale renewable energy projects. Early in his career Jesse oversaw a multibillion dollar portfolio as vice president for national finance for KeyBank. Jesse is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charterholder and a graduate of Davidson College.

Ben  primarily oversees the commercial business development aspects of the Clean Shift including capital formation, M&A, and power marketing.  Since 2016 Ben held a similar position in the predecessor organization, NARENCO, developing and financing over 600 MW. Previously,  Ben was a Director at SunEdison and also worked at Rollcast Energy. Prior to starting his IPP career Ben played professional golf on the European Challenge Tour and the South American PGA Tour. He is a graduate of Davidson College.

Lisa is a driving force at Clean Shift where she primarily manages the execution aspects of project development both internally and externally. Lisa is a founding member of the Clean Shift team and held a similar position at NARENCO starting in 2018.  Previously Lisa worked in retail electric markets at Xoom Energy.  Lisa is a graduate of Wake Forest and holds an M.S. in Environmental Science from the Colorado School of Mines.

Jessie joined Clean Shift in 2024 and is responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's project pipeline from a land perspective. She brings significant expertise in development and project finance and leads a dedicated team at Clean Shift Energy.  Before joining Clean Shift, Jessie played an active role in the successful development of over 3 gigawatts of contracted and constructed wind and solar energy projects across the US, Canada, and Brazil. Jessie holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Tanitra is a founding member of Clean Shift, where she leads development execution efforts. She brings extensive expertise in environmental permitting and project development. Starting in 2021,Tanitra held a similar role at NARENCO.  Earlier in her career, she worked for an environmental consulting firm, and served as an executive with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control coastal region office. Tanitra earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and holds an MBA from Webster University.

Miles is a Development Analyst at Clean Shift Energy, where he leads land development research and outreach efforts while managing key GIS tools for site identification and acquisition. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus on Quantitative Energy Systems from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2024.
